Loading Fee: A crane loading fee of $550 inc gst (4 bed and laundry) or $1,100 inc gst (3 bed and wet mess) will be added to the final price of this item. Unit will be demobed and ready for collection. Crane is available for loading during designated dates only. Appointment for collection must be made in advance.

If you are sending a third party to collect on your behalf, you must first send an email to accounts@martinauctions.com.au from your registered bidding email address. In the email you must state your invoice number and the details of the person/company collecting your items.
